How to avail this?
Place the orders normally with full payment, once the order is delivered, the trial period starts. If you face issues mentioned in our terms and conditions within first 5 days after delivery, you'll be given full refund. FREE TRIAL IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR COD ORDERS.
Trial Duration:
- The trial period starts upon product delivery and lasts for 5 days.
- Day 1 of the trial begins from the date and time of delivery confirmation.
Refund Policy:
- If within the 5-day trial period, you’re dissatisfied with the product you can request a full refund.
- For size exchanges, please notify our customer support team via WhatsApp at +91 9373292058 within 2 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Size exchanges are separate from the trial offer.
- To initiate a return during the trial period, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp (+91 9373292058) We may request images of the product and information regarding the issues faced and reasons for return to process the refund effectively.
- Refunds will be processed once the product is picked up from your end.
Return Conditions:
- While we encourage you to test the product, it must be returned in a reasonably good condition for us to process the refund.
- The returned product must be accompanied by its main components. We understand certain tags might not be present due to trial use.
- Print peeling off, Size variations after wash, Color fading etc will be accepted. Returns will not be accepted for products that exhibit intentional or accidental physical damage inflicted, such as cuts, tears, or deliberate alterations.
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping during the trial period will be covered by The Centre Circle.

Reuse of Returned Products:
- Products returned during the trial will not be resold. Instead, they will be donated to charitable causes for those in need.
